About the Role
As an administrator, you will work with answering questions and managing cases from both companies and private individuals. The work occurs via phone and email and encompasses everything from simple queries to more complex administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities include:
• Case management and follow-up of customer matters.
• Administrative tasks related to contracts, changes, and closures.
• Handling information about salary, premiums, and selections in various systems.
• Contributing to developing routines, working methods, and customer experience.
The work occurs in close collaboration with colleagues, but you are expected to work independently and take initiative. The team has a strong culture characterized by cooperation, commitment, and humor where team members help and learn from each other daily.
Who We Are Seeking
We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in pension/insurance, for example from insurance companies, occupational pension administration, or similar areas. You should have a background in administration related to pensions, insurance, or member registries and enjoy combining customer service with careful administrative work.
