Location: Stockholm Start: Immediately Scope: Full-time About the Role As an administrator, you will work on answering questions and managing cases for both companies and individuals. Work will be conducted via phone and email, ranging from simple inquiries to more complex administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include: • Processing and following up customer cases • Administrative tasks related to agreements, changes, and closures • Managing information about salaries, premiums, and selections in various systems • Contributing to developing routines, work methods, and customer experience Work involves close collaboration with colleagues, but you are expected to work independently and take initiative. The team has a strong culture characterized by cooperation, commitment, and humor where colleagues support and learn from each other daily. Who We're Looking For We seek candidates with 1-3 years of experience in pension/insurance, such as from insurance companies, occupational pension administration, or similar areas. You should have a background in administration related to pensions, insurance, or member registries and enjoy combining customer service with meticulous administrative work. Ideal Candidate Characteristics: • Precise, structured, and responsible • Communicative and comfortable with extensive customer contact • Humble, helpful, and contributes to positive team atmosphere • Independent and curious about personal development Good Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written, and familiarity with digital systems are required.
