Support Staff with Sales Focus As a support staff member with a focus on sales, you will have a varied role that changes throughout the year depending on the season. The role particularly emphasizes providing service and support to our sales department (sales manager, retailers, and business customers) and our retail division (own stores), while also being able to support other customer support matters. Part of the job involves contact with printing and embroidery companies, sales and customer meetings in-house at our showrooms, and participating in planning and attending various customer events where you represent Pelle P and contribute to strengthening customer relationships. Our retail division needs support with tasks such as opening or closing seasonal stores, ordering store materials, and supporting store managers. Work is primarily conducted via email and phone, handling everything from customer meetings, order placement, and returns to inquiries about products and deliveries. You will collaborate closely with responsible staff in each department and actively contribute to increasing sales across our different sales channels. We are looking for someone who: • Has great commitment to sales and service, is outgoing and enjoys interacting with people • Easily collaborates and contributes to a positive team atmosphere • Is responsible, proactive, and able to switch between different tasks • Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take action where needed • Learns quickly and has good understanding of technology and various systems • Has previous sales experience, preferably in clothing or similar industry • Understands Pelle P's world and target group, ideally with interest and active participation in sailing, skiing, or golf • Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently The position is based at our headquarters in Billdal and is a full-time employment with a preceding probationary period.
