Customer Support Role at Pelle P

In our customer support role, you'll work in a versatile position that changes throughout the year depending on the season. The role particularly focuses on providing service and support to our various internal sales departments, as well as supporting other support matters for our corporate and consumer customers.
The position involves internal support with administrative tasks. Work is primarily conducted via email and phone, handling everything from communication with stores, order placement, returns, delivery inquiries, and product information, as well as occasional external customer meetings. You'll collaborate closely with department managers and actively contribute to increasing sales across our different sales channels.
We're seeking candidates who:
• Are highly engaged in service, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with people
• Collaborate easily and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
• Are responsible, proactive, and able to switch between different tasks
• Are skilled and comfortable with administrative work
• Are quick learners with good understanding of technology and various systems
• Are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help where needed
• Understand Pelle P's world and target audience, with interest in fashion, clothing, and the active lifestyle the Pelle P brand represents
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Have at least a B driver's license
Preferred qualifications:
• Previous sales experience, preferably in clothing or similar industry
• Share our customers' interest in sailing, skiing, or golf
The position is based at our headquarters in Billdal and is a full-time employment with a probationary period.
