You who are applying have a genuine interest in working with students who face significant challenges in school. The target group at Ängsskolan consists of students who have extensive needs for adaptations and support in the school environment. Responsibilities Together with the educators at Ängsskolan, you will be responsible for implementing and planning instruction as well as breaks for the students during school hours. Teaching home economics in small groups is a specific part of the position. Work at Ängsskolan is conducted in close collaboration with the principal and various professionals from the Student Health Unit. Together, we create a high-quality school, focusing on accessible learning, knowledge development, and social development. Planning interventions for the students occurs in close cooperation with the student, guardians, and professionals from the Student Health Unit. Continuous supervision and some training are included in the position. This is a temporary position starting on January 7, 2026. Qualifications Knowledge: - Educational background - Knowledge of current governing documents and legislation - Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written - Good computer skills Skills: - Very good pedagogical insight regarding students with special needs - Knowledge of development-related disabilities - Leadership ability - Excellent collaboration skills - Ability to receive supervision and follow and maintain established structures Attributes: - Low-arousal approach - Engaged - Solution-focused - Communicative - Clear - Structured - Creative - Flexible Other: - Practical experience working with students with development-related disabilities and experience with clarifying pedagogy - We place great importance on your personal suitability - A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position Start date: January 7, 2026 Preschool and Primary School Administration We are looking for new colleagues who will participate in the continued development of Mora Municipality.
