Educator Position The overall purpose and goal of the position is to help our participants become independent and successfully complete educational initiatives through individually tailored pedagogical support (IPSU). We are now seeking a part-time hourly educator for Olofström. This is a part-time position at the start, with potential for a full-time temporary position in the future. As an educator, you will support individual participants with functional variations who are attending training programs through the Swedish Employment Agency. Support is provided in specific areas where the participant needs assistance, including pedagogical interventions and work aids. Based on the educational situation's needs, IPSU is customized with appropriate competence, pedagogical interventions, and work aids for each participant. You will work with participants at training locations. Travel to various training sites is required. You will be part of a team with other educators in the nearby area, as well as specialists and coordinators. To thrive in this role, you should feel comfortable working independently with participants, be solution-focused, and flexible. Communication, feedback, and creating positive relationships with participants, colleagues, and customers come naturally to you. We place great importance on personal suitability. Qualification Requirements Work Experience • Documented experience working with individuals with functional variations in an educational setting for at least 1 year. • Documented experience working with cognitive aids in an educational setting for at least 1 year. Work experience must be verified with certificates from previous employers. Educational Requirements Relevant education in pedagogy and/or working with individuals with functional variations.
