About the Role
In Doverstorp, there are three units for adults, and you will work closely with the unit manager to develop and distribute the daily work within one of these units, playing a key role in the operation. Our organization is built on open communication and strong collaboration, where participation in decision-making is a given.
In your role, you will provide guidance to rehabilitation assistants while also being actively involved in the daily work with individuals in the unit. You will be part of a stimulating and communicative environment where your expertise plays a central role in creating a meaningful existence for each individual.
We are a learning organization that values continuous development. During your first six months, you will participate in an introductory program, sign language training, as well as training in our quality-assured methods and pedagogical approaches.

About You
We are looking for someone with a higher education in fields such as pedagogy, psychology, sociology, special education, disability studies, or similar. You may be a social worker, behavioral scientist, preschool teacher, educator, or have another relevant qualification, and you have a strong commitment to working with individuals with disabilities.
Experience working with intellectual disabilities, neuropsychiatric disabilities, or LSS (the Swedish Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) is an advantage. Knowledge of sign language is considered a merit but is not a requirement. We offer internal training to enhance your skills in this area.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you can provide practical guidance and have the ability to see the bigger picture, identify solutions, and find opportunities for improvement. Previous work experience in our field is highly valued. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Employment
We offer a permanent full-time position, with a probationary period to be applied. Start date will be agreed upon. Working hours are flexible and scheduled for day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.
You will receive a fixed monthly salary, and we apply individual salary setting. At Mo Gård, we use psychological tests in our recruitment process.
A prerequisite for employment is that you can provide a certificate of a criminal record check. The job involves travel, and a B driver's license is required.
