As a Payroll Consultant at Azets, you'll have the opportunity to work in a role where quality, development, and efficiency go hand in hand. We have built one of Sweden's most automated and modern payroll management approaches, which means that as an expert, you can focus on what truly makes a difference: ensuring payrolls are delivered correctly, on time, and according to customer needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Quality assurance and delivery of payrolls for Swedish customers
* Customer contact and advisory services for payroll-related matters
* Managing your own customer portfolio while ensuring high service levels and strong relationships
* Working on payroll process automation and improvement
* Interpreting and applying various collective agreements
We are seeking candidates who:
* Have at least 5 years of independent payroll work experience, preferably in a consulting or outsourcing environment
* Have knowledge of Hogia software (required for the role)
* Possess excellent Swedish and English language skills, both verbal and written
* Have experience interpreting and working with collective agreements (retail and restaurant experience is a plus)
* Are structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded, with a natural ability to build strong customer relationships
