Payroll Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Payroll Analyst. **Job Description** As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will work within the Payroll Operations team. The department is responsible for delivering accurate payroll to all employees in Sweden on time, as well as providing support to the client on all payroll-related matters. They also serve as a competence center for time and payroll-related issues for their internal customers. They are in the midst of an exciting journey towards becoming more digital and operating as a high-performing team. Our client is now looking to strengthen their team with two new colleagues who want to grow together with them. **Your Responsibilities** As part of the payroll team at one of the world's most respected and well-known car brands, you will have the opportunity to work on continuous improvements in a dynamic environment. You will ensure that the client complies with laws and agreements related to payroll, critically review incoming documentation, and perform established controls. You will be part of the competence center for payroll-related issues. In addition to the above, you will also: - Register and archive personnel and payroll changes in the HR system. - Support system administrators with user acceptance testing (UAT). - Lead investigations into individual cases/requests from authorities and organizations such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Tax Agency, and the Enforcement Authority. - Lead, develop, and coordinate process-related issues across different business areas. **Do You Fit the Profile?** We believe you have a university degree or other relevant education in payroll administration or a similar field. In your professional role, you have excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office – especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). You have several years of experience in payroll administration, and previous experience in customer support is highly advantageous. It is also beneficial if you have system knowledge in SAP and SD Worx. You are fluent in English, and knowledge of Swedish is considered an asset.
