About this role

Do you want to be part of an innovative team that takes digital healthcare to the next level? Welcome to us at Migränhjälpen, where the future of care is created today! About us At Migränhjälpen, innovation and patient focus are at the center of everything we do. We provide high-quality specialist care to patients across the country, digitally! Since our inception in 2020, we have assisted over 15,000 patients with severe headaches and migraines, and we are now the world's first digital healthcare service fully specialized in migraines. We are a growing and entrepreneurial organization with a working method that differs from traditional healthcare providers. Our structure is flat, and decision-making processes are short, allowing every employee to both contribute and be expected to propose ideas for developing our working methods and patient journey. The team at Migränhjälpen consists of neurologists, nurses, and administrative staff who work remotely or at our physical clinic in Solna, where our headquarters is also located. We operate the digital healthcare service and our physical neurology clinic on behalf of Region Stockholm within the neurology care choice program. About the role As a Patient Support, you will play a central role in the patient's contact with us. Your responsibilities will include: • Receiving and managing patient inquiries via phone and in writing • Supporting patients with practical and administrative questions • Coordinating communication between patients, nurses, and doctors • Being part of the feedback loop with the product and development team by highlighting patients' perspectives and contributing to the improvement of our digital services • Helping to develop the support function by streamlining workflows, further developing system support, and improving our communication channels • Performing administrative tasks digitally and at the Migränhjälpen clinic • Participating in on-call services on certain weekends to ensure availability and support The work is carried out in close collaboration with the medical team and requires both attention to detail, structure, and a warm approach. We are looking for someone who has: • Education as a nursing assistant, medical secretary, or equivalent healthcare administrative competence • Good computer skills and an ability to learn new systems easily • Proficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Previous experience in reception work, digital healthcare, or patient contact is an advantage.
