About this role

About the position We are seeking a Parts Life Cycle Coordinator for an assignment in Eskilstuna. This role is central to ensuring the supply of spare parts throughout the entire lifecycle of the machinery—from the launch of new models to older machines in operation. The client values inclusion, diversity, and equality and strives to create a work environment where all employees are given the opportunity to grow. They actively work to create sustainable and efficient transport solutions that contribute to a better future. This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by us at Maxitech. If everything goes well in the collaboration, there may be an opportunity for direct recruitment to the client in the long term. You are offered • The chance to work in an international team focused on innovation, sustainability, and digitalization. • A developing role where your contributions directly enhance machine availability and customer satisfaction. • A workplace in modern facilities with a flexible and activity-based working approach. • A generous professional development fund that you can use to enhance your skills. Responsibilities The assignment encompasses dual responsibilities: a regional focus towards dealers and a representative responsibility in a global Center of Expertise for Parts and Logistics. The regional aspect involves supporting dealers in Europe and internationally by identifying critical spare parts, creating fulfillment lists, and securing availability for both new and existing machinery. In the role as a representative for the Center of Expertise, you will participate in cross-functional forums and collaborations to drive improvements and optimize parts availability across all seven regions. Key responsibilities include: • Analyzing data and customer feedback to propose spare part levels and inventory replenishment. • Identifying and monitoring critical parts for new and existing machines in collaboration with dealers. • Participating in global and cross-functional collaborations to improve processes in spare parts supply and logistics. • Contributing to the development of the product launch process with a focus on cost-effectiveness and machine uptime. Your profile • At least 2 years of experience in spare parts logistics, supply chain, aftermarket, or a related field. • Post-secondary education in logistics, engineering, economics, or a comparable area. • A good understanding of aftermarket flows and commercial processes. • Experience working with business and logistics systems. • Excellent command of English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Preferred qualifications: • Experience in the automotive industry or heavy machinery. • Knowledge of data-driven analysis and improvement efforts in the supply chain. • Experience working in international organizations. We value your personal qualities and competencies. You are service-oriented, analytical, and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders. You have a holistic view of logistics flows and are driven to find solutions that improve both customer experiences and business results. A curiosity for digital tools and a desire to contribute to continuous improvements are highly valued.
