Role
- Prospect, contact, and book client meetings (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Qualify needs and coordinate meetings with senior consultants.
- Follow up systematically and drive deals to signing.
Compensation Model (example)
- 10–20% commission on new business depending on size.
- 5–10% on extensions/renewals.
- Quick bonus per meeting leading to quote within 48h.
Who Are You?
- You enjoy sales and take ownership.
- You are confident on the phone and in writing (Swedish/English).
- Preferred: B2B sales, financial services, advisory experience.
Practical Details
- You will work as a contractor/consultant (own company/F-tax).
- You'll receive onboarding, scripts, templates, and CRM access.
- Daily short check-in with CEO (15 min).
