We are currently seeking Parking Attendants for our office in Malmö.
**About the Role**
As a Parking Attendant with us, you will have an important function and be offered a varied and enjoyable job with significant freedom and responsibility. The work involves parking supervision within a designated area (private land). Through your presence in the field, both in a monitoring vehicle and on foot, you will provide the service and assistance needed to ensure compliance with parking regulations, and together we will work to ensure high satisfaction and good accessibility. The job offers much variety, great freedom, and an important responsibility.
You will, for example:
- Monitor your work area by vehicle and on foot.
- Ensure compliance with parking regulations.
- Ensure that correct and clear signage is present in the area.
- Issue control fees when necessary.
- Assist our customers on-site with parking-related inquiries.
- Assist our customers on-site with questions regarding our digital services.
This position is a needs-based employment with a start date to be agreed upon. Hours vary according to a schedule, and night and weekend work may occur. Our Parking Attendants operate from our office in Malmö.
**About You**
To be suitable for this position, you should have a positive attitude, social skills, and act judiciously. You possess a systematic and meticulous approach with an eye for detail; taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes those around you feel secure.
**Requirements for the Position:**
- Holds a valid B driver's license
- Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in a service role
**Meritorious:**
- Previous experience as a parking attendant
- Previous experience in public law parking supervision
- Previous experience in security
