The Technical and Property Management Department is responsible for the municipality's technical maintenance. This includes construction, installation, and maintenance. JOB DESCRIPTION
We offer a 6-8 month seasonal employment (April-November) with the possibility of extension.
You will be part of our teams that, on behalf of municipal ordering organizations, carry out maintenance contracts and minor construction work in public areas such as parks, beaches, and playgrounds, as well as external property maintenance at schools, preschools, and care homes.
The position is located in the Outdoor Environment Unit within the Construction Department of the Technical and Property Management Department, where you will have colleagues in Water and Sewage, Machinery/Vehicles, and Storage. Currently, we have about 35 employees in the Construction Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have education and/or experience in the green sector. An interest in gardening is essential for you to enjoy the tasks.
You hold a B driver's license for manual transmission.
Experience with smaller gardening equipment (such as hedge trimmers, lawn mowers) is an advantage. Training such as work on roads, plant knowledge, or mobile work platforms is considered a merit.
