About this role
We are now seeking a team member for our transport team responsible for machinery and transportation in the Öxnehaga management area. As an employee at Vätterhem, you will help create sustainable and secure neighborhoods where everyone feels comfortable, connected, and optimistic about the future.
As a park/transport host in the Transport Team at the Öxnehaga management area, you will be involved in lawn mowing, waste management, and snow removal. In this role, you will also handle transport assignments, construction work, workshop tasks, and machinery service.
The position includes snow preparedness from November 1 to March 30.
Qualifications:
You have completed upper secondary education and have several years of professional experience in similar roles. A B driver's license is a minimum requirement to navigate our management areas. Experience with garden machinery, workshop and machinery service, construction work, as well as operating wheel loaders and tractors is advantageous.
You possess good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, with colleagues and tenants. Proficiency in other languages is considered a merit.

Additional Information and Application:
