You love customer interaction, take initiative, and create a personal shopping experience that makes customers want to return. Your focus is to understand customer needs, provide professional advice, and guide them to the right products. The position is a permanent employment of 20 hours/week. We apply a six-month probationary period. Your Primary Responsibilities • Actively approach visitors and engage with their needs to provide professional product recommendations. • By being curious and asking open-ended questions, create an understanding of customer wishes and present how our products can add value. • Guide the customer through the purchasing process, create confidence in their decisions, and ensure they leave the store with a world-class customer experience. • Actively inform about current campaigns and club offers to maximize sales and strengthen customer relationships. • To create an inspiring store environment, ensure the store is clean, products are attractively displayed, and prices and offers are clearly labeled. We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Has previous sales experience / training in fragrance, makeup, skincare, or hair care. • Strives to achieve both personal and store sales goals through committed and targeted work. • Takes responsibility for personal development, constantly seeks new ways to improve sales and product knowledge, and dares to challenge themselves in the role. • By being proactive and taking initiative, contributes to both personal success and a strong, successful team at Parfym.se.
