We are now seeking an experienced paralegal for a consulting assignment starting immediately and running until May 2026. Our client has their office in central Stockholm and offers an inspiring environment with dedicated colleagues in law and finance.
Job Responsibilities
As a paralegal, you will support the client's legal and finance teams in their daily work and ongoing projects. You will become a central part of the organization's work involving contract management, corporate formalities, and processes related to new transactions.
Examples of tasks include:
• Handling, signing, and collecting agreements within the organization
• Leading the process for fulfillment conditions and KYC prior to closing new corporate transactions
• Responsible for ongoing corporate reporting, registrations, and other legal maintenance activities
• Collaborating with internal functions such as Legal, Finance, HR, Strategy, and Communication
• Supporting management of external stakeholders like investors, financial institutions, and policy organizations
• Participating in special projects as needed
Who are you?
We are seeking someone with extensive experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant in a fast-paced and professional environment. You enjoy working independently while being a team player who contributes to a positive and solution-oriented work culture.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
• At least 5 years of experience working as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar administrative role
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working under time pressure and delivering high-quality results
• A proactive, flexible, and unpretentious attitude
• Personal qualities such as determination, initiative, responsibility, and a sense of humor are highly valued
