Paralegal / Legal Assistant Wanted for Our Client!

We are seeking an experienced and driven paralegal who wants to support a team in legal and finance within a rapidly growing and dynamic environment. Main Responsibilities: Manage contracts, including signing and follow-up. Lead and coordinate processes around prerequisites and customer knowledge for new business ventures. Responsible for ongoing company reporting, registration, and other administrative corporate requirements. Collaborate with various internal teams such as legal, finance, digitalization, HR, communication, and strategy to synchronize workflows. Support management of external stakeholders, such as investors, financial institutions, and policy-driven organizations. Drive special projects as needed. The position is a consultant employment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but work with their client, with an office in Stockholm. The position is expected to start at the end of November and will run through May 2026, and is full-time. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior level in fast-moving environments, such as an administrative function, legal assistant, or paralegal. Service instinct, ability to learn quickly, street smart, and enjoys making things happen. Excellent English skills, both spoken and written. Decisive and clear personality, while simultaneously humble and easy-going. Proactive, takes own initiatives, and can work under pressure with tight deadlines.
