Viva Media is growing and is looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist who wants to create smart, effective, and data-driven campaigns on social platforms. We are an agency where strategy, analysis, and creativity go hand in hand to deliver marketing that makes a real difference! **About the Role** As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. You will ensure that the right target audiences are reached, that the campaigns generate results, and that clients receive maximum return on their investment. A natural part of this work also involves discussing and evaluating creative material tailored for the various channels and the purpose of the marketing. A central part of the role is to build strong client relationships. You thrive on having direct client contact, understanding their needs, and communicating insights and recommendations in a clear and engaging manner. We are looking for someone who finds client dialogue enjoyable and sees it as a natural part of a successful collaboration. **In this role, you will:** - Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns on social platforms. - Analyze results and identify optimization opportunities based on data and insights. - A/B test ads, target audiences, and creative concepts to improve campaign effectiveness. - Work closely with creators to develop relevant and engaging ad content. - Implement AI-driven processes as a means to streamline work, enhance analytical capabilities, and create long-term growth. - Analyze and report results and recommend next steps for continuous development. - Be part of the client's entire journey by working in a dedicated client team, closely with Client Managers and other digital specialists, to create synergies and long-term success. **Who are you?** You are an analytical and strategic marketer who is passionate about advertising on social platforms. You have a natural ability to create and optimize campaigns, as well as a strong communicative flair that allows you to explain complex data and insights in a clear and business-driven manner. We believe you have: - Solid experience managing paid advertising on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other social platforms. - Deep understanding of audience segmentation and possess knowledge of strategies for both brand awareness and conversion. - Ability to interpret and analyze data in Google Analytics and other analytical tools. - Good communication skills – you enjoy client contact and are skilled at presenting insights and recommendations. - A structured and self-driven approach – you can handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. - Interest in AI and automation within performance marketing. **What can we offer you?** At Viva, we are a team passionate about creating success for our clients.
