Ängelholm Municipality is now seeking an additional guardian supervisor! Our guardianship operations are developing, and we need more competent staff to meet an increased demand. With us, you will have a significant role where you contribute to legal security and safety for individuals who, for various reasons, need support in safeguarding their rights.
The guardianship unit ensures that guardians, legal representatives, and administrators perform their duties correctly. The purpose is to ensure that minors or adults who cannot take care of themselves are not disadvantaged financially or legally. The operation is an important part of the idea that everyone should have equal rights regardless of ability.
As a caseworker in the guardianship unit:
We are looking for someone with a university degree in law, economics, social work, or another relevant field that the employer deems equivalent. You are ready to grow in the role, whether you have experience or are at the beginning of your career. We place great emphasis on your potential, commitment, sense of responsibility, and willingness to develop in the role.
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, self-driven, and have an easy time building good relationships. You are confident and stable, yet attentive and respectful in your interactions with others. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing and to explain legal and financial matters in an understandable way. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
