Are You Ready to Lead One of Sweden's Most Iconic Fishing Stores into the Future?
Orsa Fiskecenter is one of the country's largest and most well-known centers for fishing and outdoor life. A meeting place where passion for nature and fishing meets entrepreneurial spirit and world-class service. Located in the heart of Dalarna, close to lakes, rivers, and forests, we offer 1,300 m² of retail space filled with everything a fisher might need, regardless of skill level, from fly fishing and trolling to winter and ice fishing. Since our start in 2006, we've grown from a small shop to a strong player with both physical store and e-commerce. Now we're seeking a Store Manager who wants to lead our committed team, further develop the business, and take Orsa Fiskecenter into its next growth phase.
Do you have the drive to build something unique? Are you passionate about retail, leadership, and creating customer experiences that make a difference?
What We're Looking For:
As Store Manager, you'll be the hub of our operations. You'll lead a team of employees and have full responsibility for the store, both operationally and strategically. The role involves managing daily operations while also moving us forward. You'll build structure, create clear communication, set plans in motion, and ensure we not only deliver on our promises but continue to develop.
We believe you are an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys thinking business, seeing opportunities, and taking action. You're confident in your leadership but curious enough to keep learning. You dare to make decisions, aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed, and you're someone who brings people together and builds relationships.
When we dream of our future Store Manager, we imagine someone who sees the entire business as their own, who is close to their staff, who understands what business acumen means but also what builds loyalty, culture, and long-term profitability. We're not looking for a caretaker, but a driven person who wants to influence and transform.
You have a background in retail/store management, e-commerce, marketing, and sales or equivalent, and you have the will to run a store, lead people, and successfully create results. Previous experience managing personnel, finances, and store development in retail, specialized trade, or similar chains is meritorious. You'll report directly to the board but have the freedom and expectation to act with a broad mandate.
Want to help shape the future of a business that wants more and has the potential to become truly unique? Then we want to hear from you by 16/11 2025.
