About the Role
As an Administrative Security Officer, you will work to create a sense of security in the court’s premises for both visitors and staff. This involves a range of important and developmental tasks that contribute to a safe and secure environment. Your work will mainly consist of administrative tasks. You will collaborate with the administration and the secretariat.
Main Responsibilities
As an Administrative Security Officer, you will work with:
• Maintaining order and security in the premises
• Staffing the reception and providing information and excellent service to visitors
• Internal service and maintenance tasks
• IT and technical support
• Training in court security
• Security work both internally and externally
• Managing access cards, alarms, and visitor procedures
• Coordinating meetings for lay judges
• Handling mail and email
• Distributing public documents

Requirements
• Completed and approved upper secondary education
• Valid security officer authorization
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• At least 1 year of work experience in administration
• Good computer skills and technical competence
• Adequate color vision
Meritorious
• Work experience in administration from public sector
• Knowledge of working with security technology such as alarm systems and CCTV

About Us
The Administrative Court in Härnösand values a pleasant working climate. Our organization consists of approximately 45 employees with various competencies, each of whom is significant in maintaining high quality at all levels. The jurisdiction of the administrative court covers Västernorrland and Jämtland counties.
We handle, among other things, social security cases, tax cases, cases under the Social Services Act, the Public Procurement Act, and enforcement cases.

Practical Information
The position is a permanent employment that may start with a six-month probationary period. Start date will be agreed upon.
Evening shifts may occur.
