About the Order Receiver Role
As an Order Receiver at Hager, you'll become a key person in their Sales Operations team. You'll be responsible for the entire order flow and have daily contact with Hager's customers, primarily wholesalers and installation companies. The role is varied with a strong focus on service, communication, and administration. You'll manage order registration, delivery inquiries, returns, and complaints, ensuring that each order is processed correctly in the business system. Additionally, you'll follow up on deliveries and may potentially be involved in improvement projects related to Hager's central routines and processes.
You'll work in a close-knit team in Mölndal where collaboration is central. Here, you'll work closely with logistics, customer service, sales, warehouse, and product managers, collectively ensuring a world-class customer experience.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
• Handle order and delivery questions via email and phone.
• Check product availability and ensure updated information in systems.
• Manage returns and complaints in the business system.
• Potentially participate in development projects at Hager related to process optimization and systems.
About You
To thrive in this role, we seek someone with 2-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or logistics administration. You are comfortable working in business systems and enjoy a role with both customer contact and administrative tasks. Experience with SAP is meritorious, but most important is your system proficiency and understanding of flows, structure, and data. Post-secondary education in a relevant field is advantageous.
As a person, you are detail-oriented, communicative, and responsible. You have a good ability to navigate and prioritize various tasks and are motivated by solving problems. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge, while also being comfortable taking initiative and driving your work forward. Your perseverance and service mindset ensure that customers always receive quick and accurate feedback.
Key Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in order handling, customer service, or similar administrative role.
• Good system proficiency, preferably experience with SAP or other business systems.
• Proficient in Office suite, especially Excel.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work systematically, independently, and with high service orientation.
Advantageous:
• Experience in electrical, technical, or logistics industries.
• Experience in material planning or improvement work in order/logistics.

Start: By agreement.
Scope: Consulting assignment, 6 months initially with potential extension.
Location: Mölndal, Gothenburg.
