Order Receiver at Nordic Motor Center AB, Höganäs About Us Nordic Motor Center AB is the leading supplier of refurbished engines, cylinder heads, and gearboxes in the Nordic region. Our customers include automotive workshops, insurance companies, businesses, and private individuals across the Nordics. We are a smaller, close-knit team and are now seeking a dedicated and service-oriented order receiver for our office in Höganäs to strengthen our operational customer management. Job Responsibilities As an order receiver, you will play a crucial role in our operations, where you will be responsible for: • Receiving and registering customer inquiries via phone and email. • Managing and following up on customer orders from receipt to delivery. • Communicating with internal functions such as inventory, purchasing, and finance to ensure smooth and accurate workflows. • Providing support and service to our customers and information seekers, ensuring that their cases are handled correctly and promptly. • Contributing to maintaining our high customer experience through accurate and proactive management. We Are Looking For You Who • Has good computer skills and enjoys working administratively and system-oriented. • Is communicative, service-minded, and solution-oriented – both over the phone and in writing. • Has structure, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously. • Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Experience in order reception, customer service, or administration is an advantage. • Technical understanding of engines and gearboxes is a plus but not a requirement.
