**Order Coordinator for the Logistics Department**
**Job Responsibilities**
The Swedish Transport Administration Logistics supplies the Transport Administration's investment and maintenance contracts with technically approved materials. As a logistics department, we secure the supply throughout the entire lifecycle of the construction. With a holistic perspective, we coordinate the Transport Administration's total needs and manage the flow throughout the logistics chain from supplier to contractor. A dialogue with our clients is key to success for all parties.
As an order coordinator, you will actively participate in the operational stages of the supply flow and be responsible for managing, preparing, and registering incoming orders to secure our delivery confirmations. You will also be responsible for delivery monitoring, where an important part is to keep the client informed about the delivery status. The order coordinator staff our customer support and is responsible for handling and responding to inquiries from projects and clients. Who are you?
In the role of order coordinator, you have good collaboration skills in your daily contact with both internal and external contacts. You have a holistic view of the organization and the ability to structure and prioritize in complex contexts. Furthermore, you are a good relationship builder who creates new networks and nurtures existing ones. The role requires you to be proactive and independently see what needs to be done and act accordingly. Your analytical skills will help you succeed in this role.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A post-secondary education in logistics, engineering, and/or economics, or other education and relevant experience deemed equivalent
- Good computer skills and experience working with various business systems
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- A valid B driver's license
It is advantageous if you have:
- At least about one year of experience in logistics where you have coordinated or supported flows
- Experience in actively participating in development and improvement work
- Experience working with the business system M3
