Order Handler & Technical Planner at Stencil

More information can be found on our website: www.hpetch.se We are now looking to strengthen our team with a new employee: Order Handler & Technical Preparation Specialist for Stencils The Order Handler's purpose is to ensure that the customer receives a stencil delivered on time according to their order and specification, both in terms of time and quality. The purpose of the Technical Preparation role is to ensure that production preparations are available before production start, and that these refer to the use of correct materials, machines, and tools, and that the process is explained with sufficient clarity to guarantee the right quality and good manufacturing efficiency. To achieve the purpose of the role, responsibilities include making material and machine selections, as well as time and cost registration, and documenting this in a formal production preparation in our MPS system. Key responsibilities include: · Order reception, design, preparation & delivery monitoring of stencils · Verify content of customer orders and contact the customer for clarification if needed · Create manufacturing orders and design stencils in accordance with customer wishes · Order reception of squeegees · Quality responsibility within stencil design & preparation · Back-up to ensure frames for stencils are available for production · Maintain a list of frames used by our customers · Follow up and manage quality deviations related to stencils · Maintain software and library structure · Note important events for each customer Your Profile: · Knowledge of PCB manufacturing is required · Component knowledge · English/Swedish in speech & writing · Experience with CAD/CAM software, such as CAM350 or equivalent · Knowledge of Monitor & Lime is meritorious · Willingness to learn, get things done, and understand the importance of customer satisfaction · Solution-oriented and proactive · Good collaboration skills and communication competence Position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
