Hankook Tire is now seeking an Order Administrator to join our Supply Chain team in Sweden.
About the Role
As an Order Administrator at Hankook Tire, you will be part of our Supply Chain team, which is responsible for ensuring that our B2B customers and sales representatives receive prompt and accurate service throughout the order process. You will report to the Team Leader for Supply Chain and work closely with colleagues in customer service/order administration, logistics, warehousing, and sales.

Responsibilities
As an Order Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional service to our B2B customers. You will serve as an important point of contact for tire and automotive workshops, sales representatives, and partners. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Managing incoming calls and emails from B2B customers and sales representatives
• Placing, following up on, and administering orders in SAP
• Communicating with warehouses and carriers to ensure deliveries
• Customer invoicing
• Registering and managing complaints, returns, and credits
• Compiling and reporting 3PL cases and complaints
• Administering customer records and profiles
• Handling returns of tires and racks
• Providing statistics, pricing information, and inventory balances upon request
• Collaborating with sales and service departments to resolve customer issues
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of routines and processes
You will work daily in SAP, Excel, and several other systems. The job involves a lot of customer contact mixed with more administrative tasks, in a role where structure, service, and problem-solving go hand in hand.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, order administration, or logistics within B2B. Experience from the automotive or tire industry is highly desirable but not a requirement. You have good system proficiency and enjoy working systematically across multiple parallel systems. To succeed in this role, you need to have experience with SAP and strong skills in Excel. Furthermore, you express yourself clearly and professionally in both spoken and written communication.
As a person, you are meticulous, service-oriented, and confident, even during peak seasons that involve higher workloads. You find it easy to collaborate, see solutions, and take responsibility for creating a smooth flow between customers, sales, and logistics. You contribute positive energy, even when the pace is high.
