About the job
We are looking for an Order Engineer to support our Project Execution teams in the successful delivery of projects worldwide.
As an Order Engineer, you will work in an international environment, playing a crucial role in ensuring the #1 experience for all customers. You will be part of project teams operating mainly from Lund while also supporting our globally located factories, working with experienced individuals and communicating directly with central functions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Work with ERP, project management, and document handling systems to ensure high quality in project execution.
- Produce and update documents for our ongoing projects in collaboration with project managers.
- Interact with customers to ensure the exchange of documentation, including customer portals.
- Communicate progress to the team and stakeholders in internal/external project status meetings and through other means.
- Participate in other "ad hoc" project team activities.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden, and reports to the Team Manager, Back Office Project Order GPHE. In this role, you will work closely with factories, Project Managers, the Quality department, Supply Chain, and other relevant functions.
Who you are
You are curious, analytical, service-minded, and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in engineering. You are a good communicator who knows how to work across different functions and build the networks necessary to complete work tasks. Furthermore, you are flexible, maintaining the right balance between working independently and being part of a team.
What you know
- You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field.
- You are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
- You are accustomed to managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
- You possess strong communication skills and have experience participating in technical projects.
- You are an experienced user of Microsoft O365 and have a high level of knowledge regarding Word templates and complex structures in Excel.
- You have experience working with ERP systems.
