The role of an optical assistant with us involves:
• Welcoming customers, explaining the importance of eye examinations, and outlining our concept and offerings
• Assisting customers in finding the right frames, lenses, and/or contact lenses based on their needs
• Ensuring that customers leave the store with a smile on their faces—and hopefully return to us again
• Collaborating with your team for an efficient flow of daily tasks in the store
