In collaboration with Puls Bemanning, we are now seeking an operator for our digital printing department – an exciting role for those who want to combine technology, production, and creativity.
About the position
As an operator, you will work on the production of labels according to customer specifications. You will set up and monitor the machines, take responsibility for ensuring a smooth production process, and ensure that the final product meets the highest quality standards. The role may also involve working with Adobe programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator, which may include creating or adjusting labels and design files.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and monitor digital printing machines and finishing machines.
• Ensure that labels meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals.
• Plan and organize the workflow to meet deadlines.
• Potentially handle and adjust label files in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Your profile
To thrive in our team, you are a technology-oriented and curious individual with a good sense of quality. You are service-minded, flexible, and enjoy switching between technical tasks at the machines and creative work on the computer. We would like you to have experience or interest in Photoshop and Illustrator, a keen eye for color and details, and a willingness to learn new things. You are responsible, meticulous, and able to maintain focus even in stressful situations.
Requirements:
• Driver's license and access to a car.
• Color vision.
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic English.
• Strong interest in technology and design.
