Operational Team Leader for a Client in Kitchen Production
We are now seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operational Team Leader for one of our clients in modern food production. Do you thrive in an environment where quality, structure, and pace are important? Then this could be the right assignment for you.
About the Role
As an Operational Team Leader, you will work both operationally in the kitchen and lead the daily production. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate weighing and preparation of raw materials according to recipes
- Planning production and coordinating the kitchen's resources
- Monitoring quality, traceability, hygiene, and critical control points
- Driving improvements in routines and workflows
- Managing and analyzing deviations and complaints
- Introducing new employees and contributing to a culture focused on quality
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in food production, preferably in a kitchen environment
- A good understanding of HACCP, hygiene routines, and recipe-driven production
- Proficiency in computer skills and fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- A structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented work style
- Desirable: experience with certification systems such as FSSC 22000 or BRC.
