**About the Role**
As an operational team leader with us, you will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.
You will lead a team of 3-5 students, plan their work, and ensure that our processes are followed, developed, and implemented for more clients.
You will be a key person in maintaining structure, quality, and communication within the organization.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead and plan the team's daily work.
- Ensure that our processes are followed, implemented, and developed.
- Work with bookkeeping, monthly closings, and other financial tasks.
- Plan operations throughout the year and manage deadlines and client cycles.
- Be responsible for onboarding new clients.
- Update and ensure that our systems contain accurate information.
- Drive the work to standardize and automate our routines.
- Participate in internal meetings and follow up on decisions.
**We Believe You**
- Have experience in administrative and coordinating work.
- Have good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
- Are comfortable with systems and thrive in digital work environments.
- Are structured, communicative, and enjoy creating order.
- Find it easy to collaborate and take responsibility.
- Experience with Fortnox & Blikk is an advantage.
