About the Client Company Our client in Mariestad is seeking an operational and hands-on Team Leader within Supply Chain. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys being close to production, has a background in industry or logistics, and wants to be the one driving, planning, and coordinating the daily flow. Your Responsibilities As an Operational Team Leader, you will be a central part of the daily operations within Supply Chain. You will work operationally to ensure that the entire Supply Chain flow functions as it should, spending time on the floor to monitor production, coordinating both incoming and outgoing material flows, and ensuring that the right resources are in the right place at the right time. You will collaborate closely with production, warehousing, planning, and transporters to create a smooth and stable flow throughout the chain. Your Profile The role entails significant responsibility for creating structure, maintaining logistics, and ensuring that materials and information move efficiently between different functions. This position will not involve personnel management. We expect you to have: - Experience in a similar role within an industrial or production environment - Worked operationally and enjoy being close to the operations - Familiarity with planning, prioritizing, and managing workflows - Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a humble approach - A structured work style and the ability to create stability in daily operations Additional Information Start: Immediately/as agreed The position is initially a probationary employment for 6 months.
