• Be a role model and decision support that helps the team navigate correctly and grow in their roles.
• Sell sustainable workplace design and comprehensive solutions that contribute to better work environments for people in offices, education, and care.
• Develop our local operations in Norrköping and contribute to our growth and market share.
• Actively engage decision-makers in both the public and private sectors.
• Be responsible for analysis, forecasting, and budget work.

• Is an engaged and inspiring leader who acts as a role model, motivates others through their leadership style, and creates an environment where people grow and reach their full potential.
• Is proactive and driven, energized by creating new opportunities through proactive sales early in the customer’s buying process. You see every contact as a chance to influence and build long-term relationships.
• Is structured and strategic – you work methodically and have the ability to think both short- and long-term.
• Is curious, brave, and eager for knowledge – you stay updated on the world and business trends.
• Is communicative and relationship-building – you have a natural ability to build, develop, and nurture relationships.
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and AI support like Microsoft Copilot.
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We Offer You
In addition to a welcoming culture, passionate colleagues, and exciting work where your leadership makes a difference, we offer:
• The chance to be part of an internationally successful interior design group.
• Opportunities for development and growth within the organization.
• Continuous knowledge development and training in value-creating sales.
• Networking with others, both internally and externally, in similar roles.
• An inspiring work environment in our showroom in Norrköping.
