About the Role
Saab has been developing advanced products in both software and hardware for several years. Now the business is entering its next phase - industrialization and start of series production.
As an operational planner, you will be a key person in ensuring that processes, routines, and documentation are in place for an efficient and high-quality production start.
Examples of Work Tasks:
* Ensure the industrialization process is in place before production start
* Participate in planning, coordination, and follow-up of production
* Develop and improve documentation related to requirements, quality, and traceability
* Contribute to creating structures and working methods for long-term efficiency
* Collaborate closely with production, technology, logistics, and quality

📅 Start: January 2026
⏳ Assignment Length: 1 year, with potential for extension
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is structured, meticulous, and communicative, with a genuine interest in creating order and driving successful processes. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have the ability to handle multiple workflows in parallel.
We prefer candidates with:
* Experience in operational planning, production, or industrialization
* Good understanding of production flows and technical processes
* Experience working in ERP systems
* Strong Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
* Relevant education in engineering, logistics, or industrial economics
Previous experience in manufacturing industry is strongly meritorious.
