About this role
Saltängen was founded in 1950 and is today engaged by Sweden's leading industrial and construction companies. Our unique working method from inspection to revision means that we take full responsibility for the proposed and delivered solution. Structure, capacity, and competence make us a complete project partner.
**About the Position**
Saltängen is seeking a dedicated Assembly Leader in Energy and Process.
As an Assembly Leader, you will have operational responsibility for leading Saltängen's personnel and our hired subcontractors (UE) at the client's facilities. You will also conduct risk analyses both before and during the work process, as well as participate in additional "Safety Walks" to ensure a safe working environment.
Before each assignment, you will collaborate with the revision coordinator, project manager, and resource planner to plan and prepare for the project start. During the work, you will be responsible for some documentation related to the project, including establishing project documentation, ensuring that time sheets are correctly filled out, approved, and sent to the responsible function, as well as informing and reporting to the project manager about any changes, waiting times, deviations, and when the work is completed.
As an Assembly Leader, you will be Saltängen's representative towards clients, facility owners, and other contractors. You are expected to actively contribute to developing and improving the operations and to uphold Saltängen's values of commitment, accuracy, and openness.
