About the position Start: Immediately Location: Office in central Stockholm (office work only, with the possibility of occasional remote work) Working hours: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (flexible within these hours, 1-hour lunch) Your main responsibilities As an Operational Logistics Coordinator, you will practically ensure that the company's products (devices and accessories) are handled and shipped to customers correctly. You will monitor the need for products, pack and send deliveries, and ensure that everything is accurately recorded in the company's systems. You will, for example: * Keep track of when new products need to be sent to customers. * Prepare and pack kits with the correct contents. * Book shipments and print shipping labels. * Update information in various systems (e.g., serial numbers, delivery status). * Ensure that products are functioning and clean before they are shipped. * Communicate with colleagues in service and sales to inform when something is ready. * Ensure that there is always enough consumable material, such as boxes and labels. In short: you are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the logistics flow, from preparation to delivery, so that customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. Who are you? * Have a few years of work experience and enjoy a structured, practical, and responsible job. * Are meticulous, methodical, and solution-oriented – you appreciate order and clarity. * Are proactive and clear in your communication – you prefer to identify problems early rather than late. * Have good collaboration skills and a positive attitude towards helping both customers and colleagues. * Are computer literate and thrive in system-intensive environments (e.g., Teams, Lime, shipping portals). We would like to see that you have experience in customer service, warehousing, logistics, or administration, but most importantly, your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter.
