About the Position
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Office in central Stockholm (office-based work, with occasional work-from-home options)
Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (flexible within these frames, 1-hour lunch break)
Primary Responsibilities
As an Operational Logistics Coordinator, you will work practically to ensure the company's products (containers and accessories) are handled and shipped to customers correctly. You will track product needs, pack and ship deliveries, and ensure everything is correctly registered in the company's systems.
You will, for example:
* Monitor when new products need to be shipped to customers
* Prepare and pack kits with the right contents
* Book shipments and print shipping labels
* Update information in various systems (e.g., serial numbers, delivery status)
* Ensure products are functional and clean before shipping
* Communicate with service and sales colleagues about completed tasks
* Maintain sufficient consumable materials, such as boxes and labels
In short: You are responsible for ensuring a smooth logistics flow, from preparation to delivery, so customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition.

* Have strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude towards helping customers and colleagues
* Are computer-savvy and comfortable in system-intensive environments (e.g., Teams, Lime, shipping portals)
We prefer candidates with experience in customer service, warehouse, logistics, or administration, but your attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
