We are seeking an administrative resource at Saab in Linköping to support the procurement function in IFS. The assignment involves ensuring correct status updates on SUBs via dropship between Saab sites and performing data maintenance to maintain quality and traceability in the system. The role is central to creating efficient flows and contributing to a well-functioning procurement process.
About the Position
As an operational procurement support, you will work in a broad administrative role, supporting purchasers with administrative tasks in IFS.
• Support purchasers with administrative tasks in the IFS business system.
• Ensure correct and current information in the system through continuous data maintenance.
• Check and follow up delivery status to ensure delivery flows.
• Collaborate with purchasers and other internal functions to resolve deviations and ensure data quality.
• Contribute to improving administrative routines and processes within procurement.
Who Are You?
• Relevant education in procurement, logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work systematically, independently, and with high precision.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Meritorious: Knowledge of the IFS system
