We are currently seeking an Operational Purchaser for Spare Parts and Consumables. Together with colleagues in the maintenance department and production, you'll have the opportunity for a fun and varied job. At Mondi, you'll have the chance to work with operational purchasing, inventory management, and procurement – while helping to ensure our production runs smoothly every day.

Job Description:
As an Operational Purchaser, you will be directly responsible to our Maintenance Manager. You'll be part of a maintenance team of seven people, including electricians, automation technicians, mechanics, and maintenance planners.
You will become the hub for our spare parts and consumables management, personal equipment, and work clothing. Your role will involve ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time, seeking alternative spare parts, and approving new suppliers – from spare parts and protective equipment to procurement of contractor services and service agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing and administration
- Ensure routines for smooth operations
- Comply with Mondi's procedures, rules, and quality requirements
- Serve as a key contact for suppliers, contractors, and colleagues
- Act as a super user and trainer in SAP Material Management (SAP-MM)
- Set up and manage spare parts articles with master data in SAP-MM
Ideal Candidate:
We seek someone who wants to be part of an engaged team, with:
- Industrial work experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems
- Strong understanding of safety work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset
- Fluent Swedish and comfortable with some English
- Proficiency in Office 365 (SAP-MM experience is a plus)
