Roll About is seeking a business-driven and experienced Sales Director with strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have overall responsibility for increasing sales, revenue, and profitability—both by developing new markets and maximizing the potential of existing customers. The role is both strategic and operational, with full budget responsibility and a direct impact on the company's growth.

Roll About is an established distributor of maternity, baby, and children's products to retailers in the Nordic region. For over 20 years, we have built a stable customer base and exclusively represent eight strong, high-quality brands. We are now preparing to launch our own brand, an exciting step in our growth journey.
Your main responsibilities
· Increase sales, revenue, and profitability through active sales management
· Identify and establish new markets and customer relationships in the Nordic region
· Responsible for sales strategy, P&L, and budget, both at the corporate level and per customer account
· Lead the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to onboarding and long-term partnerships
· Set sales goals, pricing strategies, margins, and purchasing terms
· Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop internal and external marketing plans
· Lead and develop the team, which currently consists of a marketing manager and an administrator (logistics, 3PL, purchasing, retail/showroom)
· Report directly to the CEO

Qualifications and qualities
We are looking for someone who is:
· Independent, initiative-driven, and results-oriented
· A natural leader with documented experience in successful B2B sales
· Communicative and skilled at building trusting relationships
· Experienced in working towards clear sales targets and budgets
· Structured and works seamlessly with digital tools, ERP, CRM, 365, Excel, etc.
· University educated in business, commerce, or entrepreneurship
· Holder of a category B driver's license
Meritorious:
· Experience from retail, preferably in the baby/child or toy industry
· Knowledge of Nordic languages
· Experience in B2B sales
