Responsibilities and Qualifications
As an Operational Controller, you will be responsible for financial work focusing on accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations. You will interpret and analyze financial data, manage discrepancies, and contribute to decision-making. The role is broad – ranging from operational tasks to strategic analyses – and involves close collaboration with company management and the group's finance function.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Participating in budget work and contributing analyses such as contribution margin and cost tracking
• Developing processes for invoicing and digitization
• Updating pricing agreements in the invoicing system
• Supporting the business in financial matters
• Communicating with customers and suppliers, both nationally and internationally
• Participating in monthly/quarterly reports, annual financial statements, and business plans
We are looking for someone who has:
• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience
• At least five years of experience in financial work
• Strong skills in the Office suite and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with business systems such as Hogia or UBW Unit4, CRM Dynamics, or working within a corporate group is an advantage.
