Our vision is to become Sweden's roofing master and the leading provider of roof replacements and solar panel installations for private customers. We demonstrate that it is possible to deliver construction contracting services with good profitability without compromising on quality, safety, work environment, and working conditions. By mid-2025, Swedala Tak had 35 roofing masters spread across Central Sweden, Kronoberg, and Västra Götaland. The goal is to continue significant growth in the coming years. Swedala Tak was named a Gazelle company in 2025. We are looking for an Operations Manager who wants to help build the future of Swedala Tak. About the role At Swedala Tak, we do things properly. We stand for quality, security, and fair processes – both for our customers and our employees. We are now seeking someone who wants to take overall responsibility for our operational flows and ensure that every customer has a safe and smooth experience, from the first order to the completed roof and after-sales service. As Operations Manager, you will lead a small but dedicated team of three and become an important part of our management group. Together with the rest of the organization, you will ensure that our working methods evolve in line with the company's growth and our customers' expectations. Your responsibilities Overall responsibility for delivery You will be responsible for the entire chain – from when the order is received until the project is completed and the customer is satisfied. You will create routines that ensure everything runs smoothly and that quality is always top-notch. After-sales and complaints When something doesn’t go as planned, you step in, clarify the situation, and ensure that we take care of the customer in the best possible way. Procurement of subcontractors (UE) You will build good relationships and a stable network of subcontractors who deliver the same quality and security that we stand for. Purchasing and contracts You will be responsible for purchasing materials and products – always with a focus on cost control, quality, and reliable delivery. You are experienced in negotiating contracts and enjoy creating long-term relationships. Product portfolio and service development You will keep track of market demands and ensure that our products and services remain relevant. Improvement work You will work both in daily operations and with a forward-looking perspective. You will drive the development of our working methods so that we become even clearer, smarter, and more efficient. Collaboration across the organization You will collaborate with regional managers, finance, marketing, and assembly – essentially everyone needed to provide our customers with a secure roofing project and a world-class customer experience. Who are you? You have experience in the construction, contracting, or craft industry and enjoy when structure meets problem-solving in everyday life. You are confident in your role as a leader and gain energy from seeing people grow and routines improve.
