Operational Manager for Fibios New Headquarters in Malmö

Our goal is to create a smoother and more customer-centric telecom experience without binding periods or hidden fees. The company is currently established in Helsingborg, but in 2026 we are moving our headquarters to Malmö – an important step in our continued expansion. About the Role As Chief Operating Officer, you will have overall responsibility for driving and developing Fibio's daily operations. You will lead the establishment of our new headquarters in Malmö and ensure that the move is carried out efficiently, structurally, and with maintained customer quality. You will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO. The role combines strategy and operational leadership – you will build structure, drive improvement work, and create clarity in processes and responsibilities. Responsibilities - Build and establish Fibio's new headquarters in Malmö, including recruitment and organizational structure. - Lead and develop customer service, operations, back office, and finance. - Ensure effective routines, KPIs, and goal management. - Drive improvement work and change projects. - Be responsible for quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate closely with the CEO in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development. Qualifications - Experience in operational leadership within telecom, e-commerce, or subscription-based business. - Experience in building organizations or offices. - Strong business focus and good understanding of processes, finance, and customer journeys. - Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation power. - Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
