🌟 Operations Manager for Supply Chain Service – where leadership meets the pulse of logistics
Every day with us is a new opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for someone who wants to lead a team of 25-30 people – both employees and temporary staff – in an operation where the details are as important as the bigger picture. You are not just a manager; you are the hub in a flow where people, processes, and improvements converge.
🧭 Who are you?
You are a confident and clear leader with several years of experience in personal responsibility, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or wholesale operations. You have led teams of over 20 people and are accustomed to working with financial accountability, key performance indicators, and follow-ups. You are aware of the work environment, can handle personnel situations, and are not afraid to make decisions – even in challenging circumstances.
You are calm, fearless, and have high integrity. You dare to speak up, question, and stand up for both people and the business. At the same time, you are social, relaxed, and enjoy being around people – you thrive equally in the warehouse environment as well as in the meeting room.
🔧 Examples of what you will do:
• Lead and develop an operational team
• Optimize resources and processes, collaborating across departmental boundaries
• Ensure that the work environment, safety, and quality standards are adhered to in your area
• Participate in daily operations – you are not afraid to "get your hands dirty"
• Work on the follow-up and analysis of KPIs
🌍 Desirable experiences:
• Having led other leaders
• Project work and improvement initiatives
• Collaboration with collective employees and different cultures
• Experience in automation, warehousing, and returns/complaints
• Familiarity with systems: M3, Novacura, Canea
🗣️ Language & systems:
• Swedish: fluent in both spoken and written
• English: very good level
• Office package: primarily Excel, Teams, and strong digital proficiency
🎯 We are looking for you who…
• Have a high school education
• Have worked in logistics/wholesale/warehousing for at least a couple of years
• Are a clear communicator who is passionate about leadership and improvement work
• See both details and the big picture – and understand how they impact each other
