About this role
Nordiska Energilösningar is expanding and is now launching a subsidiary focused on electrical installations. We are looking for a driven and business-minded leader who wants to take full responsibility for building and leading the operations in Karlskrona and Kalmar.
Initially, the company will be staffed with three experienced electricians and will be responsible for Nordiska Energilösningar's installations from the outset. This means that the business will have a solid foundation and a good start, with significant opportunities for rapid development and growth.
Furthermore, the person we are seeking should be a key player in the company's continued journey forward – a driving force who not only manages but also develops. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, refining existing processes, and building a strong, sustainable structure for growth. You will work closely with the CEO and other management to turn vision into reality, focusing on creating efficiency, profitability, and a sense of future confidence throughout the organization.
Within the group, there are three experienced salespeople, which creates great opportunities for collaboration and joint business development between the companies. We will work dynamically together – sharing networks, experiences, and business opportunities to strengthen the whole. As COO, you will be a central part of this development: you will connect sales, operations, and strategy towards a common direction where everyone pulls in the same way.

• Has experience in leadership roles and a background in developing companies or driving business.
• Has a broad network and the ability to create new business opportunities.
• Is confident in their leadership, skilled at building relationships, and inspiring others.
• Has worked with sales or business development.
• Has a strong drive and wants to build something long-term.
• General authorization as an electrical installer is a merit.
