With us, you will encounter a wide range of diagnoses and types of gynecological and obstetric procedures, resulting in varied workdays and tasks. We offer you a stimulating and inspiring workplace with pleasant colleagues and opportunities for professional development tailored to your previous experience and skills. As a new employee, you will have access to a personalized orientation program developed based on your prior experiences, alongside a mentoring colleague with extensive and broad expertise. We recognize that everyone has an individual learning process and consider it essential that you receive support from colleagues to become confident in your role.

Your interest in technology within our field and your commitment to working in our surgical operations is clearly demonstrated by your initiative to contribute to the overall development of the organization. Through your engagement and positive attitude, you contribute to a good work climate, where we all support each other and collaborate to achieve the best quality of care for our patients.
