About this role

About us Capio Orthopedic House is part of the Capio Orthopedics business area, which is a network of 13 orthopedic clinics in Sweden, 6 of which are located in Stockholm. Our clinic is situated near Globen, close to Gullmarsplan, an important transportation hub. Orthopedic House is a highly specialized orthopedic clinic with approximately 80 employees and is one of Stockholm's largest elective units outside of hospitals. We have care agreements with Region Stockholm and also collaborate with several insurance companies. We provide both outpatient services and day surgery as well as inpatient surgical care. We conduct orthopedic operations in hip and knee prosthetic surgery and arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder. In Stockholm, we are the leading clinic with a specific agreement for advanced foot surgery. The clinic has 4 modern operating rooms with an associated recovery unit, operating Monday to Thursday. There is also a sterile unit staffed daily by sterilization technicians and nursing assistants, with operating room nurses available as time permits. We have a ward with 19 beds for inpatient care, open Monday to Friday. Your role We are looking for an operating room nurse for standard tasks with an interest in orthopedics who wants to help develop the unit in a positive direction. We seek someone who enjoys working systematically, independently, but also as part of a team to create efficient patient flows. We rotate between inpatient and outpatient surgery. Currently, the work is conducted during daytime hours, Monday to Thursday. You have several years of experience and are confident in your professional role. You are service-oriented and possess good collaboration skills. You take initiative and responsibility for your own tasks as well as for the overall situation. You are flexible and unpretentious, as the work as an operating room nurse at Orthopedic House is based on teamwork. Furthermore, it is important to have a quality mindset with a focus on high patient safety.
