About this role
Make a difference. Every day.
In September, we relocated to new premises at the New Hospital Area in Malmö (NSM). This allows us to provide care in state-of-the-art facilities with a focus on people, and in a working environment with favorable conditions.
The Urology Department (VO) consists of two care units in Malmö, an outpatient clinic primarily operating in Malmö, and an admission clinic also in Malmö. The units have 36 care places from Monday to Friday and 30 + 2 care places on Saturday and Sunday. The focus is on highly specialized urological care encompassing all types of surgeries involving the urinary tract. We employ surgical techniques that result in both short and longer hospital stays and high patient turnover, creating a dynamic workplace. Staff in the units work with various diagnostic groups to maintain their competence.
At our admission clinic, our two operation coordinators work similarly to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the entire operation. Here, we maintain a constant patient focus, which in turn leads to repeatedly very good results in our patient evaluations. Within the Urology Department, you will have the opportunity to grow and thrive!
