About the Position
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Planner with strong drive and focus on getting things done. The role is operational and involves being active in the business rather than sitting in front of a screen. You will have overall responsibility for our external flows, including subcontractors, contract manufacturers, and external warehouses.
As a logistics professional, you handle both the big picture and details, collaborating closely with planners to ensure smooth flows.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and implement a logistics structure that enables smooth flows between external parties.
- Take operational responsibility for logistics management related to external warehouses and suppliers.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal functions such as planning, procurement, and production.
- Ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.
- Be present in the business – you are a "doer" who ensures things happen, not just plans.
Who Are You?
- Proficient in using Excel as a tool for analysis and follow-up.
- Experience with SAP or other MRP/ERP systems and ability to handle external data.
- Can work with tight schedules and adapt to customer needs.
- Skilled at communicating with different parts of the organization, both operations and administration.
- Fluent in Swedish and with good understanding of English.
- Solution-oriented, practical, and with a strong drive to make things happen.
